This is a totally boring answer but its true. Best and fastest way to lose weight is just to eat less. All it is is calories in / calories out. Try this: set a max calories allowed per day, say 1500, for example. And allow yourself to not diet on sunday mornings and afternoons. The weight HAS to come off. I mean it is scientifically certain that you will lose the weight.
