To do chest presses, rest your upper back on the couch with your feet on the floor in front of you and knees bent at a 90-degree angle. Hold a pair of dumbbells and bend your elbows, resting your arms on the couch next to your head. Press the dumbbells up by straightening your elbows and raising your arms into the air. Use the couch to do incline push-ups by resting your hands on the ground and your feet on the couch. You can also do triceps dips by squatting in front of the couch, resting your hands on the cushions and pressing your body up and down by pushing upward with your arms.
