1) Thinking that exercising is the omnipotent way of shaping up: Exercising helps to improve our health and is definitely beneficial to our well-being. Some people like to take it easy and do exercises that allow them to have fun at the same time, while others do exercises that may go too far and injure their muscles or joints. For example, cycling is a popular form of exercise, but many people failed to take note of details like the size of the bike, posture, height of the seat, etc, which will likely cause injuries or discomfort to their body. If you do not see any effects of losing weight during this period of time, it is totally normal.
