I'm not overweight or fat but it seems like any weight I gain goes to my thighs and calf muscles and I'm getting quite self-conscious. i want to loose the weight without gaining muscle and making my legs look fatter. does anyone have any exercises i could do or any good weight loss diets???

btw I'm 15 and I walk to school everyday (about 1 hour per day) and at least 6 hours of netball per week plus hour classes of PE at school 4 times a week.
Am i doing enough exercise?
