The real real question is how tall are you? Weight, a healthy weight is in ratio to how tall you are. Somene who's 5'2 could probably lose a few pounds should they weigh 120. But if you're 5'7 so you weigh 120 then should you lose any over you're heading towards anorexia and health PROBLEMS. We must also take under consideration that muscle weighs a many more than fat. If you've 15 lbs of lean muscle then you're fine, but if it's 15 lbs of extra fat then you might work over to convert your body fat ratio. I'm 5'7 and my healthy weight is supposed to be betwean 130 and 145. I've got about thirty lbs to lose.
