Hi i'm 13. Trying to lose weight and i don't know what exercise to do anymore. I think i hit a plateau with a treadmill but that's the only thing that burn most calories.. I was thinking is it okay to run on it instead or will i still hit a plateau? How to change your workouts to not hit a plateau? Distance,time, speed or what? Or can i still jog. Help i feel miserable but i 'm not gunna write it down. What should i do that can burn lots of calories? Will running still work or no.. Cause if i not i'm thinking of eating 500-600 calories a day :)
