Run sprints!! run as fast as you can for about 45 sec and then jog for 30, repeat 6-8 times and do every other day, then do light weight high rep muscle workouts every day. Fat burns quicker than muscle so when your body needs energy immediately like in quick sudden sprints then it will take away fat for energy rather than muscle.
