I am a teenage girl(16) looking to lose some weight. i'm around 180 or 190 pounds but you probably wouldn't guess it if you met me in person. i always feel so nasty coming home and being so tired that i cant do anything but sleep. i wanna get active and fit! i really wanna lose all of my belly and just get an over all cuter body. what are some exercises that i can do to help me do things like flatten stomach, tone arms and lets, etc, that i can do at home and get some pretty decent results? can someone give me a schedule that i can do? tell me which exercises, how many i do and how many times a week i have to do them? i don't care if i get really fast results or if they'll take me a few months to do. i just wanna start feeling better and get this weight off of me so i can help my scoliosis and asthma and lower my chances of getting diabetes!!!

you guys are telling me to go walking, jogging, or jogging. well, i live in a pretty rough neighborhood (like the kind where you can probably get snatched up at any moment) i do have a front yard, however, that is pretty secluded. how can i utilize that space without having to worry about anything happening to me or my mum worrying about something happening to me?
