Try some simple bodyweight exercise, they are called calisthenics. It's what most people did when they were very young in school.

To loose the belly the most important thing would be dieting. If you have low energy your current diet is the wrong one. Personally I would suggest to try out a paleo diet, it did wonder for me, but you are young so maybe you are not in charge of your own diet, and this might be a problem. For a jump start stop snacking, eat only lunch and dinner but eat a lot during them.
