From the statistics above, you'd assume that I was at an average weight corresponding to my height, well I'm not. I don't know why, but I'm way fatter than people who are SHORTER than me and weighs the SAME. I have 17% body fat percentage. I'm pretty strong, so I'd say.

I've been working out, basically just putting on muscle and fat here and there, for the past 2 months and I'm looking at a great amount of progress. But I think it's time to start dieting and to lose all the fat that I've gained in the past couple of months.
So I wondering, what are the best ways to lose fat?
I don't have access to any gym. Currently, I am dieting, still lifting weights but only once a week for a body part, keeping it slow and steady. And I try my best to go jogging outdoors everyday but I think I have a hairline fracture around my ankles which really doesn't allow me to do that.
So, what are some very effective cardio exercises to lose weight?
And I'm thinking of dropping 6-8kg, how long might that take me?
